UUUP Tools prefers local browser processing and avoids unnecessary data uploads.

Local processing by default

Text, JSON, encoding, time, and design utilities normally run in your browser.
Input is not sent to a server unless a tool clearly says otherwise.
Tools requiring uploads or network requests explain that behavior separately.

Data stored in your browser

Language preference, favorite preferences, favorite slugs, and recent history use localStorage.
This information is not synchronized automatically.
Clearing site data also removes these local records.

Accounts and synchronization

Future account features will state exactly what they collect and retain.
Future upload tools will explain processing, caching, and deletion.
Local records remain under your browser controls.
